I recently changed the paypal acount I was using. When someone submited a form and made a payment I didnot receive the payment. However the form went through and it said they payed. I looked back at my form and the paypal address in the payment thing was email@example.com (evedently my fault) Where did that mony that they paid go?

We're sorry but that's outside from JotForm and we have nothing to do about that. However, you may contact your client and ask paypal to reverse the payment. I'm sure they'll be able to help you with this.
