Subscription renewal via Purchase Order

    Hi team,

    I am writing from the Italian Consulate General of Italy in Melbourne. Our subscription expired on 31/03/2023. Can you please assist with the renewal? We would like to get another year with the Silver plan and we would like to pay for the all year.

    We do usually pay by bank transfer after receiving your invoice. Can you please send us the invoice for the new subscription? Email is melbourne.it@esteri.it

    Hi Consolato1,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The pay-by-check, purchase order, or wire transfer methods are already deprecated, but if it's necessary to use the said method, please send your request to quotes@jotform.com. We can then send you an invoice to pay electronically or by check via mail. Please keep in mind that this is a manual process, so your account will not be upgraded until payment has been received and validated.

    Unfortunately we are bound to pay with bank transfer only.

    Can you please confirm bank details for payment as I could not see them in the invoice.
