We recently updated a form we've been using for a few years to include new features like Collapse. We absolutely love the new form and so do our customers. But when we get emails alerting us of new form submissions, the form that arrives is the old form. The customer sees and uses the new form and their confirmation email shows the new form, but our email shows the old form, with options missing and information rearranged. What's going on? We need this fixed quickly as our customers are using this form several times every day!

To resolve this problem you can try deleting your existing emails (trash icon) and then add them again (big plus icon). It will automatically include all fields from your form in the email.
