Send Specific Emails to several different email addresses entered on Form

I am using the form to host a job application.  Part of the application asks for references, the candidate must enter 4 references and include each of their email addresses.

Upon the applicants submission of the form, I would like to have an email go out automatically to each of the four references. (Note each of the four references would receive a different email.)

Is this possible?

In the demo form, I added 4 emails and 4 autoresponder email. I configured the autoresponder by changing the Email Recipient for each email field.

You can also change the Email Content the way you want it. You can add links and images too. Here's a screenshot:
