You reduced the free payments per month down to one. That is hardly enough to pay your very high monthly fee.
Please try to be a bit more moderate and less greedy!

Apologies for any inconveniences caused. We recently changed the Payment limits and we sent communication with that regard with an explanation as to why we had to make the hard choice of making the change. If you did not receive the communication with the explanation below is our response.
Effective February 1, 2018, JotForm will adjust the number of payments that can be accepted per JotForm plan. The new number of payments per plan are: Plan Max Number of Payments Monthly Subscription Cost Starter 1 Free Bronze 10 $19 Silver 100 $39 Gold Unlimited $99 If your current monthly payments exceed these amounts, you will need to upgrade your account to the appropriate plan that fits your payment level requirements. If you do not upgrade, you will be unable to accept any additional payments over the levels listed above. While we realize this change may be difficult for some of our valued users, we trust you will understand. For many years, JotForm has made every attempt to avoid instituting these limits. However, due to increasing demand for online security and privacy, we can no longer avoid it. We simply refuse to compromise on the high quality of our products. In fact, we're the first, and the only online form building platform to provide the highest level of security possible to our users. JotForm is Payment Credit Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Service Provider Level I certified, the highest security available for a business that collects payments from, and integrates with, credit cards. To adjust your plan, go to your account settings and select "Billing." Then select the plan that best fits your needs. Thank you again for being a valued JotForm user. Sincerely, JotForm
We sincerely apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused and I have escalated your concerns to the relevant team
