I have set up an email notification to be sent to people who fill in our form, but it is not working. Do you know why this may be?

The Autoresponder email will send an email to your user once they submit the form.
I tested your form and I received the Autoresponder email when I submitted the form.
You have 2 email fields in your form.
The Autoresponder email will be sent only to the email address that is entered inside of the 'Email' field.
Please test your form again.
