I would like to downgrade our account to Free for the time being as we are not going to be having a large volume of responses coming in.
However, when I try to do so I'm redirected to a website called "Plimus" and am asked to enter an account number and password - I have no idea what this is about.

For your convenience, I went ahead and cancelled your subscription. Your account shall enjoy Premium status until the subscription month already paid for ends. You will no longer get billed from here on out.
Your forms and data shall remain intact, even when your account reverts back to free.
