Pas de mail

    Bonjour

    J'ai créé mon formulaire, tout marchait très bien, je recevai des mails lorsque le formulaire était rempli. Seulement voila, depuis que j'ai créé un compte sur jotform, je ne reçois plus de mail disant que le formulaire a été rempli. Comment puis-je faire?

    Hi Lili,

    May we know your registered account and the form URL? You are a guest user and that is the reason why you're not able to recieved form notfications anymore.

    But if you already have the said form into your registered account then please be sure to check back the form email notifications if it was configured correctly.

    I have made a test submission on your form and according to our mail log the notification was successfully sent on your email.
