Hiding fields are appearing sometimes on live form

Another issue now we are facing is that the fields which we have hide and doesn't want to be appear in the live form is still appearing at times on the live form. 

I traced the issue at my end and found that fields which we created and are hidden from the starting does not create any issue. But fields which are already active and are hidden recently at times appear on the live form which is not at all good for our business. Kindly check this issue and update me at the earliest.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the issue? I tested out your form on the latest version of Google Chrome. And even after cloning your form and adding some new hidden fields the form was working fine on my end.

Please let us know so we can investigate the issue furthermore.
