I have created a form that includes unique save and return links to allow people filing out the form to complete it over several sessions if needed (How to Save Forms to Continue Later). I have used this feature in the past and have been very pleased. However, I recently created a new form that includes several matrices, with text box options, and when I have tested the save and return link, the information in the matrix is not saved. Unfortunately this was not uncovered in testing, so I shared the URL with several people already. Please help!

Please try to clear your browsers cache and let us know if that doesn't help.

Thanks for looking into this. I cleared my cache but that didn't make a difference. When I looked at the Jing video you made, you were not using a unique session id (in my case it would be http://firstname.lastname@example.org), with the "?session=email" on the end of the URL. The feature of saving forms and completing later was described as allowing the respondent to shut their browser, then use their unique link to reaccess the form with all data entered saved. I have used this function in past forms with no problems (but they didn't have matrix questions). On this form, when I come back to the form using the unique session link, anything entered into the two matrices are gone.

We're sorry for the inconveniences caused. After doing some tests, I can confirm the existence of this bug. Apparently, matrix values are not being saved in sessions.
With that said, I will have a report forwarded to our technical team for a prompt resolution.
We'll get back to you when this gets fixed, hopefully as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your patience on this matter.
