Uploaded file missing from submission.

Dear Jotform, 

I could not find file uploaded into form. 

I did check your form and found that you have added condition to show / hide file upload field but while I was checking your form, you edited the condition. Did you upload the file in your form?

I went ahead and tested your form by sending a test submission and the file upload is being displayed correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

Dear ashwin,
I had checked last time but the uploaded abstract file is missing although
i had uploaded the file while filling the form.
Then, I removed the upload file widget, and inserted it back, then it work.
As of now, the form works well but we had missed one file uploaded by
participant. Is there any way to get it back?

I am glad to know that your form is now working fine. Do get back to us if you have any questions. 

Please note that when you delete a form field, it will also delete the associated submission data as well.
