Is it possible to set a conditional "Sender Email" address in an autoresponder form?

    I send a confirmation email to the person who fills out the form using an Autoresponder Email Alert, which gives the person a copy of the form hey just completed. In the Reply-To and Recipient Settings, it has me manually enter the Sender Name and Zender Email.

    Can I change the Sender email address based on a form field (the location the person selected in their form)?

    I have a condition to email a different office based on the location field sleected in the form, and wanted the Sender Email address to reflect the location emailed as well. Is this an option?

    Email alert settings, apart from the recipient address, cannot be made "conditional".

    However, a good workaround to this can be accomplished by creating a dedicated autoresponder (and a corresponding condition) for each location. This allows you to configure a Sender Address for each autoresponder.

    For example, if you have two locations New York and San Francisco, create two autoresponders with different sender addresses.



    Then, add two separate conditions that will fire up the corresponding autoresponder depending on the location chosen by the user.
