How to change information in the autoresponder?

As new donors fill out the InKind Gifts form using JOT Form they get an automated response with information on contacts and next steps.  I would like to change that information and cannot seem to figure out how, would you please advise?

To clarify, are your referring to Autoresponder email?

You can change information in the email content.
