How can I have form save data in fields for multiple submissions?

    there are some staff using a form that they have to complete very often. At one point this form used to keep some of the information in the fields, saving them time. I believe it was auto-filling. 

    I don't see a way to turn on autofill for a form. I think this functionality used to exist. 


    I have turned on the feature that does not clear hidden fields, but I don't think that is the same thing.

    Here is the guide for enabling Autofill function https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

    Here is the important excerpt from that guide.

    Enabling the AUTOFILL feature will automatically save the form's field values locally (browser local storage) for up to 24 hours.

    The saved local data is cleared when the form is submitted, or after the 24 hours from the form access time.

    This way, your users don't lose any single data if they accidentally close or reload their browser while filling out the form. Please note that your users need to use the same browser in order for the saved field values to autofill in the form.

    Well, this was already turned on. I tried to disabled it and then re-enable it, just in case.
    I did ask them if their browser settings were changed to clear data recently and forwarded that info below to them.
    I will let you know once it is resolved.
