My account has accidentally been cancelled.

    I just got off the phone with Plimus and they told me the account was cancelled on 9/29.  There was a lot of confussion when I attempted to change the billing and credit card information.  I was receiving emails form Plimus and I was unsure if the emails were legitimate since I never heard of them before.  I would like to re-activate my account if I can.  Please help.

    I can't seem to find any JotForm's form on your website for checking your records. Instead, may we ask for the order reference number found on the reciept that was sent to you by plimus so we can check it here?
