Refund and Roster Changes

    I am having trouble figuring out how to change the status of a registration. I've had a parent cancel their two children's class for this week. I was able to issue the refund via PayPal but when I go onto Jot Form to remove them from the class, it does not reflect the additional two openings on my website.

    I've gone onto each of the children's registration and removed the payment for the class (they signed up for a January and February class). It shows that they have no longer paid for the February class. I've tried to "uncheck" the February date on the form and then I've hit Summit. It makes the adjustment for the payment but still shows those spaces taken on the website. Currently, the class is sold out at 40 students. With those two not coming, it should now show that there are two spaces available.

    You need to update the widget and manually add 2 open slots.

    In the screencast, the products are already sold out. I opened the form in the Form Builder and edit the widget. I added 1 open slot and update the form.
