I can't login it says account suspended?

    Hi

    I noticed that my forms arnt working on my website, i went to login but it says my account is suspended. Please can you reactivate my account so my web forms will work again.

    Hello,

    Your account has been suspended due to the violation of our Terms of Use.

    To activate your account we have to remove these questions from your Mobile Enhanced Regular Giving sign up Form. Please confirm so we can continue to re-activate your account

    It seems that you have asked banking information in "Mobile Enhanced Regular Givin sign up Form", please note that it is not possible to collect such information without using our payment integrations.

    It seems that you have disabled the form. I have re-activated your account. Please refrain from doing this since it will not be possible to re-activate your account if it got suspended again.
