Hello,
I upgraded services and all of my past applications but 500 have been lost. This could be detrimental as we are a staffing company. I also cannot determine where these questions will be answered. Will I receive an email? Any help in retrieving my database of applicants would be greatly appreciated.

To confirm, your form submissions are missing?
Can we have the form ID, and the dates of the missing submissions, so we can check it out?
