Please can you help us?

    Dear Jotform

    We have an account with highimpactdesign and we are using their form (which is your form) to collect our submissions.

    BUT, from facebook mobile, it is not working and is something to do with their certification.

    They have not responded to my emails since last Weds and our Facebook promotion is live but people can't enter from a mobile!

    Is there any way you could help us out on this occassion and allow us to bypass their certificate, so it can work?

    Hi Paul,

    Since we do not have controls over their forms then it would be difficult for us to assist you regarding the certificate problems as you've mentioned. What I can suggest is to try using HTTP instead of HTTPS in your form URL incase this might be the issue as you've identified. So your form will become:, recheck your form URL's on your FB settings and change it to http if it was https.

    Not quite sure if this helps but worth a try.
