Sub-user received a notice reaching its limit for form submissions received by main account

    Hi there,

    One of the users under our main account has received a notice that they've reached their limit. When we looked at their account though, they didn't have any forms actually in their own folder.

    We have a lot of users under the main account but so far, they are the only one to receive this error. Is this a glitch?

    Thank you for the information.

    If I am understanding the situation correctly, this user created a form for mmlforms account. However, for the submissions, her account is also incurring submission counts for every submission received by the form under mmlforms. If this is not correct, please let us know.

    I have escalated the matter to the development team to address this issue. I also have restarted your sub-user's submissions counter.

    Hi,

    The main account's and sub-user account's logs had been checked. But any problem has not found. It seems that the sub-user account had not immediately move the form to main account. The moving has made at 2018-02-06 by sub-user. And the form creation date that is 2018-01-30. Sub-users must immediately move to main account when they create a form.
