Is there a way to have the Paypal information integrates to Salesforce?

    Hi,

We are working to integrate the below Jotform, which uses Paypal for payments, to our Salesforce account. We are having problems having the donation information from the payment feed into Salesforce.

The Contact information does integrate, but the most important information about the transaction, doesn't go into SFDC.

    Form Number: https://form.jotform.com/73486967284172

I wanted to know if we are missing anything? Is there a way to have the complete transaction information integrate with Salesforce.

    Thank you!

May we know what fields are not posting in sales force?

Have you tried reintegrating the form to your Sales Force account after adding the Paypal payment module?

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

The donation amount, date, and Project Interest fields are not creating a new donation record associated to the Contact (in Salesforce as an Opportunity).

Each donation should create or update a Contact AND create a donation record via a new Opportunity. But only the Contact record is happening.

Is there a way to integrate the donation information as well?

    Thanks,

    Kerry

Did you Map Paypal field to your Salesforce field? But I don't think the integration is designed to forward Paypal payment information to Salesforce. You may consider doing the integration from Paypal to Salesforce. You can do this via Zapier.
