Hi guys, i try the new Card Form.....i replicate a old form in use, then converted...but...don't send email....why?

This is probably because you have set conditions to send the emails and unless those conditions are met the emails won't be sent.
I also noticed that some of your conditions (the ones which send emails) are disabled.
Please enable those and make sure that no field is missing.
Let us know if the issue persists.
