I see the data is being posted to jotform server first and then sent to our. Anyway we can post the data directly to our server?

Can you please check the article on the link below on how to send your submissions to your database:
https://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP
If you want to delete the submissions instantly and keep them only in your email you can use the Auto Delete Submissions app offered by JotForm.
Please let us know if you have any other question.

Hi
I understand the auto delete will get rid of the data but from audit/security stand point, we can't have the data posting to other servers. Basically want to use this an engine but on premises solution. Any way to get the data directly to my custom server?
Possible?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. The submission data will go first to JotForm server. However, if you do not want us to see the submission data, you can try enabling the Encrypted Form Data. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
I hope this information helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thank you.
