I am creating a regestration form for a youth camp. There will be many churches who will be registering their kids. I will have a question in the beginning that says "which church will you be registering with" Based on that answer the specific questions for that church will appear. My hope is that I can link a pay pal and have different price points per church? Is this possible? That based on what church they attend with I can set the price point differently?
Thanks for your help in answering my questions! I use jot form a lot but have never used it as a payment form.

My understanding is that you want to show a specific item in the payment field based on the condition. Unfortunately, you cannot use conditional logic for each product/item in the payment field.
I suggest you create the calculations and conditions outside the payment field. After that, you can just pass that variable field in the payment processor.
Here's a demo form: https://form.jotform.com/70524742424957.
