I have a candidate that cannot connect and has tried several time and several computers. The error message she is receiving is captured in an image below. Not really sure what the issue is?? Unless it is a firewall at her school?

I am not able to replicate the issue . Your form seems to be up and running correctly.
If they access it on their school, then probably it is because of their school's network security or Firewall which you mentioned.
