Sub-user account: How to clone a form that saves in the "Shared with you" folder

I'm duplicating the form but its not staying in the shared folder - instead its going to my forms but I need to be in the shared folder for my company - please advise.

When a user clones a form form a url, then the form will be created on the Sub-users "My Forms" folder. What the sub-user needs to do then is move the form to the specific shared folder by the main account as shown below.
