Thank you for contacting us.
I have re-created the email notification on the 'First Contact Application' form. Could you please try to submit the form again to test the email delivery?
Please note that when the 'Test Email' button is used, the test email is being sent to the account email address rather than the specified email notification sender.

It's working now! It also told me I have reached my limit for test emails.
