Suspended account: Requesting for reactivation.

    Hi there,

    I was in the middle of creating an onboarding form to connect our real estate agents to their respective transaction coordinator and my account was suddenly suspended. This is my work account that I'm working out of daily, so can you please restore access ASAP?

    Hi Jasmine,

    Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. I really do understand how upsetting this is. I saw that your account has been automatically suspended because our system detected a phishing field on your form, which violates our Terms of Use. We've removed the said form, and reactivated your account, so you can now access your account again. Avoid adding fields that collect personal information, such as usernames and passwords, to prevent this issue in the future.
