Why does my sub account have a different plan than the main one?

    Our company account is ExcelConsulting. As per our request a new account bounded to the main one has been created for me and it is Elenaexcelmd. I have noted now that ElenaExcelmd seems to be an individual account not related to the main one and has a completely different tariff plan. All expenses related to ExcelConsulting account have been paid. I will be grateful for suggestions who to act in this situation.

    Your account is a sub-account of the main account with the username excelconsulting.

    The excelconsulting is currently on the Silver plan. Creating sub-accounts from that account doesn't mean that the plan for the sub-account will be Silver as well.

    Your account is on the FREE plan and I don't see anything out of order here.

    You have full access to the forms as given by the main account.
