Using Power Automate to upload multiple attachments AND single attachments to SharePoint

I have followed the instructions from John in this article - https://www.jotform.com/answers/3879828-power-automate-uploading-multiple-files-to-sharepoint-in-one-go

I have successfully set up a Power Automate flow that will upload and extract multiple attachments from my Jotform submission. The problem is that the Flow breaks if only ONE attachment is uploaded.

It appears that when only one file is uploaded, Jotform does not create a ZIP file and this breaks the flow. I need some advice on how to compensate for this. Is there a check I can run to see if multiple files or a single file has been attached?

    Hello Amos,

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. Upon checking, it shows to be a Power Automate issue. We could not find any built-in function to create archives (of single file) on Power Automate. We suggest using a Third-party connection like Encodian instead. However, this is a paid app.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

I'm not sure you understand what I am asking. I was looking for a way to check if Jotform collected one or multiple attachments on the form when it is passed to Power Automate.

My temporary solution is to run a check in Power Automate and see if Jotform is returning a URL that contains "https://flow.jotform.com/archive/file" for the forms attachment field.

It's not super elegant and there is probably a better way to be doing this.

    Hi Amos,

Thanks for getting back to us. It's clever that you found a temporary solution for this. I've also checked with our backend team, and unfortunately, we can't find any other solution. This is a Power Automate issue, and this can be a good feature request, but this has to be done on their side.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
