iPad: Blank page on form load

    I created a form that shows up on my computer but when I try to connect to it on my ipad it only shows a blank page.

    I created a clone of that form to create another link, but same thing.

    Is there a reason it doesn't load?  I do have another form on the I Pad - can I have more than one?

    I tried an iPad 3rd with iOS 6 and it works for me:

    What version iPad are you using?
