Right now when I link back to the main form it starts again from page 1 - is it possible to get it to start on the last page that was open in the main form?

I would like to apologize, however, the feature you are looking for is not available with the workaround that is explained in this guide — How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

Your respondents will access the same link to the main form when they want to continue filling up that form which will always open on the first page.
