    I have tried your feedback button publishing feature. Unfortunately, it only works on a must larger screen, not a  cell phone.  Advise?

    I'd like to have the form running on my server.

    I understand that i need to include

     <script src="https://form.jotform.com/static/feedback2.js" type="text/javascript">

    but, how to make it reference the copy in my server instead of the one on jotform by the form id ?

    by the way, I cannot say better things about your jotform features. It REALLY takes a big load off from my business headache.

    If you want to host the form on your own server you must use the full source method:

    How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

    If you want to use the feedback button you need to use this method:

    Creating-a-Feedback-Button and paste the code in a page that is hosted on your server.

    Click on customize and change the vertical alignment to top.

    And see does that help display better on a mobile screen. It seems to work fine here for me:
