    Hi,

In a multiline block, can I make one of the fields optional, while keeping the others mandatory?
Pls see enclosed file. Name and phone numbers are mandatory while email address should be optional.

    Thanks, Vincent1518106667Snipping_jotform1.PNG

No unfortunately its not possible. You can only require the whole group or un-require the whole group.

If you like we can submit a feature request?

    Hi,

Yes please, this would be very important.

Is there any way to send the data from the questionaire to us before it got submitted?

My idea would be to have the question with mandatory phone and name on one page and obtain the questionaire data once this question is sent and afterwards have the optional email field which gets sent to me as well if the user fills it out.

    thanks, Vincent

I am creating a feature request ticket and forwarding it to our backend team. Please note that creating a feature request ticket does not ensure that it will be implemented. It completely depends upon the feasibility and priority of our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. I would suggest you to please explain your question a bit more in detail and we will surely try to help you.

We will wait for your response.

    Hi,

This feature is now available. You can set required property of individual field separately.
