Card Form: Option to make only specific questions of "Multi-line question" as required field.

In a multiline block, can I make one of the fields optional, while keeping the others mandatory?
Pls see enclosed file. Name and phone numbers are mandatory while email address should be optional.

No unfortunately its not possible. You can only require the whole group or un-require the whole group.

Is there any way to send the data from the questionaire to us before it got submitted?

My idea would be to have the question with mandatory phone and name on one page and obtain the questionaire data once this question is sent and afterwards have the optional email field which gets sent to me as well if the user fills it out.
