Is there a way users can start the form and quit then go back to it later?

Is there a way that when someone fills out an application, they can start the form, quit the form, then go back to it later?

Yes, that is possible with Jotform.

You can enable autofill in the form (https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms) or use our Session URL method (https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later).

The Autofill will save the data on the local browser and requires users to continue on the same device. The latter saves the data on our server and will give users the option to continue using any device.
