Is it possible to attach photos or documents to a Jotform response?

To confirm, Jotform response would be the email notifications/autoresponder?

You can attach uploads files in the email.

Just go to your Emails, Notification Emails> ADVANCED then Toggle Send Upload as Attachment to YES.
