    How can I create a radio button with text

    Hi

     

    If I select a radio button and want to add a field field next to it, how can that be done?

     

    Attached is an excample, look at the other field... .there is a text field next to it. This is what I want to do in Jotform,

    You can do that by adding an options (text) if you select the radio button field;

    1. Highlight the Radio Button field

    2. Click "Properties"

    3. Click "Options" on the toolbar menus

    4. Add your options
