Form calculation is not working with Input Mask widget.

Working in form calculations I keep messing up an operand and then getting the fields out of order. 

I cant get it to calculate a total, insert a common in the answer or follow the default symbol for USD for the total

I did check your form and found that there are two issues:

#1. Formula in your form calculation widget is not correct. You have missed + for addition in some form fields addition and then added a comma separate function. I have fixed this in your form.

#2. In the input mask widget, you need to remove the default value you have set in all the input mask widget you have added in form. This will solve the problem you are having. Please check the screenshot below on how to remove the default value from the input mask widget:
