    Thank you for your patience.

This issue should be fixed now, but it might require you re-inserting the Stripe payment field to your form.

    So:

    1) Delete the Stripe payment field,

    2) Add it again from the Payments list,

    3) Integrate it as you needed (don't forget the conditions related).

    That should do it.

Here is my test form: https://form.jotform.com/80395173880968

    We're sorry for this inconvenience.

    Thank you!

I simple don't want to see that boxes with suggested price. Even if the correct price is written above, if a user clic on one box, the price is deleted and it is not possible to retrive or even written again. It is absolutely not user friendly.

SO we want to come back to the old payment form layout. With these boxes and without the option to disable them, the payment form is still not usable.

You're correct, the predefined values (boxes) will allow the end user to click and override the price.

I will forward this for further checking as well, we will follow up on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1379595

In the meantime, if you wish to switch the layout, you can do that from Settings menu:

We'll surely do - My colleague already escalated this and I'm seeing it's already assigned to one of our developers. Sadly, we won't be able to give you any timeframe, but rest assured, we'll keep you apprised on this same thread when there's an update. Thanks for reporting this to us.

In addition to that, I believe your problem with calculations being not reflected on payment field should be also fixed. If it is not, please let me know and I will assist with the issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience we have caused so far and thank you for reporting the problem.

Thank you for this, However I am not seeing that option in my form. I have
also tried removing the Stripe payment form and reinserting it and it's
still not there. See attached screengrab.

    Hey,

Can you try to attach your image again using Insert/edit image button in editor toolbar? I cannot see it at the moment.

By the way, can you also share your form id so I will check it to see what is the problem with that form.

    Hey,

I am currently able to see the predefined options on my end. I have changed that option for you and setted the calculation part as it was before.

You can try clearing your browser caches and try again to see if you are able to see the options in builder as I do. If not, give me also the link that you are reaching the builder. This might be a problem related to a specific region so I will investigate the issue further.
