Jotform App: Question about App Builder.

    Greetings!

Are you able to use an App to receive submissions similar to regular forms? I don't see any options to add basic elements such as multiple choice, short text, full name, etc.

If not, is there a way to add a navigation button in the upper left corner of a regular form to make it look, feel and be used like an app?

    Thanks
