Form title shows the old title when URL is shared.

I have some forms which I have had to change the name of the form, however when I send the link to users the old name of the form appears For example, this form - https://form.jotform.com/240971055556864 which is named "SWMR Heavy Meter Order Form" however when I send the link it gets the name added as "SWMR Heavy Meter Order Form - Alex Loyd", which was the previous name.

I have tried clearing the cache (several times) and have waited 48 hours since the change and I still get the same result.

How can I make name changes reflect correctly when publishing the form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested sharing the URL through a platform, and ran into the same thing. When I checked your Form Settings, I saw that the Page Title is not yet updated. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Let me show you how to change or update it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.
2. Under Form Settings, click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down to see Page Title, and update it.
