Product List: VAT adding twice

Hi,

Can you amend one of the options on our jotform link please?

If you look at the Protection Package, it shows the cost including the added VAT. But when the client selects this option, VAT is applied and charged AGAIN.

In the example in the attached screenshot. The client was charged £324 which is £271 + 19.56%

It may just be the Protection Package option, it may be on every option... Please can you investigate and rectify ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. After checking the form, I was able to confirm that you have added VAT to the product list. If you have added VAT to the items already, you will have to remove the numbers you have set up on the Product List. Let me show you how:

1. While in Form Builder, click on the Product List.
2. Click the Wand icon to open the Payment settings.
3. Under Tax tab, remove the 20%.
