This setting on a configurable list widget seems to work in edit mode but not completely in preview mode. 

Story : dropdown : 1,2,3,4,5 : 0

T&I : dropdown : 1,2,3,4,5 : 0

ACE : dropdown : 1,2,3,4,5 : 0

Qual : dropdown : 1,2,3,4,5 : 0 

Dep : dropdown : 1,2,3,4,5 : 0

Emp : dropdown : 1,2,3,4,5 : 0

EH&S : dropdown : 1,2,3,4,5 : 0

Int : dropdown : 1,2,3,4,5 : 0

Prof : dropdown : 1,2,3,4,5 : 0

It will help if you can provide us more details as to what specifically the issue was. 

I did made a test using a copy of your form. And in edit mode https://www.jotform.com/edit/3941143247125670548 I could not determine what is the issue was.

It wasn't showing me that result when I hit preview while editing, although it is now.  I'm presuming there was some kind of lag or caching.
