for some reason, my notifications on my iphone 7 plus are always doubling what is actually there. I have 2 screen shots but this form is only allowing me to upload one. Can you help so that the notification reflects how many new responses I've actually received?

To my understanding, the JotForm app in your iPhone 7+ is showing 2 notifications for every successful submission in your form? This means that on your JotForm account only one submission is there but the notification indicator of the JotForm App in your form shows 2.
Have you tried, logging in and logging out your account from the App? You can also try reinstalling the app and see if that would fix the issue you are having. I asked one of my colleagues that have an iPhone and he cannot reproduce the issue you described above.
