Refund Request: Google Play Store

    Hello,

    I have an account with Jotform under the email Benjaminwcomfort@gmail.com . When I attempted to downgrade my account from Silver to Bronze on March 23rd, 2024. I was charged 39.99. I was hoping to get the 49.99 back for Silver and be charged 39.99 for bronze, but I was charged for both within one week of each other. Can I please be refunded for one of the amounts?

Please refer to our Terms of Use: Subscriptions purchased via the Google Play Store are subject to the Google refund policies – Jotform cannot refund payment(s) you made to Google.     Hello,
    I do not have iOS so I do not beleive it was paid though Apple. It was most
    likely paid through Google Pay through the Google app store.
