How to change Subscription plan?

Hello,

I spoke with Ben Correia about the current plan we are utilizing. The $129 plan is far too much for us to afford as a free outfit. For background we are using the service as a epetition to get signatures to demonstrate to the city of Portland, Maine that a free, public disc golf course is something that the city's residents want.

Ben had mentioned that the Bronze or Silver plans would be of best use for us as our signature need not be legally binding only that they offer the signature as demonstration of volunteered support of our mission.. Is there a possibility that we can downgrade and apply for a refund to the lower level plan?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Yes, you can change your subscription plan. The amount you paid for the Gold monthly plan will be credited back as an account balance and will be used to pay for the new subscription plan.

The remaining amount will remain on your account balance and be deducted from your next subscription renewal, or we can process a refund should you request it. Now, let me show you how to change your subscription plan:

1. In My Forms, click on the profile avatar in the top right of the Jotform window.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select the Billing tab.
4. Click on the Change Plan button.
5. Change the price slide to Monthly and select your current plan, Gold.
6. Confirm your payment schedule and method and tick that you agree to our T&Cs.
7. Click Continue to finish checking out.
