Hiding counter feilds with conditions is not working

    Hi - I have several member ID fields that I want hidden on the form. I have selected the option to hide it, but when I go to fill out the form it still shows up. Can you have a look?

    Also, I am trying to generate several sequential ID numbers. I am concerned that may not be happening as well.

    I have checked your JotForm and notice that the ID fields are set to be hidden based on a selection of the field 'Which Option Do you want".

    When Family is selected, the rules in the above condition are getting failed so that the ID fields are displayed. Please set another condition on the form to hide the ID fields when Family is selected as the option.
