    Form not posting all the time in different browsers

    Hi there, someone sent me an email today about the online form I produced in JotForm (http://form.jotform.co/form/22737846496873) and they said that it often goes right to JotForm.com and not to the page I created.  I have an email from them with their screen shots I can email you if you like.

    When I click on this link http://form.jotform.co/form/22737846496873, this page shows up.

    Is this not happening on your end?

    Or is the form embedded on another website? Can you be able to share to us the URL if this is the case.

    Hi Duncan,

    I did a further test on the form, it seems that there is a payment field(sponsorship) included in the form

    But it seems that the paypal account provided is invalid, as it could not processed the payment in paypal.

    Please check the paypal account and update if necessary.

    Hi Duncan

    Further to what my colleague has stated, I noticed that instead of an email address in the PayPal Account field of the payment wizard, there's just a name there. Please insert an email address in that field, save the change and let us know if it helps.

    Are you saying that when users insert your form's address (http://form.jotform.co/form/22737846496873) into their browser's address bar, it takes them to the JotForm home page instead of to your form? If so, please ask them to go to http://www.jotform.co/form/22737846496873 instead and let us know if the issue occurs at that address too.
