Just spotted that the Appointment Slots widget has developed a problem with correctly showing the available slots/time. The available slots do not decrease although once the number is reached then the slot can no longer be selected even though it says there is availability.
Have set up this form to demonstrate problem:

I was able to replicate this issue and I have now escalated this to our Development team.
