Hi, we have the gold plan and we have sub-user who created a form, and it has the branding on the bottom when in mobile mode.

Please note that adding an account under yours as a "sub-user" does not mean "inheriting" account benefits, this feature is just meant to share your form with someone else: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

So, if these users would like to remove the JotForm Branding from their forms, they can either upgrade their account, or transfer ownership of their forms to your account, so these form will be subject to your account benefits.

I think it would be really nice to have an account type that would let you do these things.  We are in government, and have multiple people working together on teams, it wouldn't make sense to have separate accounts if we need to collaborate on projects.  User management is really hard and when people need help, I can't help them.

I have created a separate thread for your other question. You can view the other ticket here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1381776. We will respond to your other question on that thread shortly.
